The Queensland Government has provided $1,989 to the Northern Beaches Suns AFL Club for equipment to help deliver quality physical activity experiences to enable Queenslanders to participate in sport and recreation activities.

Following today’s AGM, all positions on the Suns Management Committee were declared vacant.

The following appointments were announced:-

Suns President – Geoff Toulson

Senior Vice President – Maurie Soars

Junior Vice President – Eric Jackson

Secretary – Denise Soars

Treasurer – Jess Senner

Congratulations to all newly appointed incumbents and to Eric who remains in his position as Junior VP.

We would also like to thank all outgoing incumbents for their tireless work and dedication to the growth and success of the NB Suns.

The club is excited to announce that The Lillywhite Group (Bohle Barn) have come onboard as a sponsor for the next two seasons. They will be the new jumper sponsor for our ladies team as well as Sponsor for our senior playing group training tops.

It also gives us a venue to hold our away game post match celebrations/awards and somewhere nearby the ground to hold other functions.
