Just wanted to touch base and welcome all to the 2017 season which will have footy starting before we know it. The committee has been working really hard in this off season to get ready for this year of footy.
We will start shortly introducing you to existing sponsors that are back on board for the 2017 season plus some new sponsors that will be part of our club in 2017. We are always looking for more though so if there is anyone within the club that has a business or working in a business and is keen to be a part of the 2017 season please let us know. A big thank you to Eric Jackson for his help with sponsorship.
I have a AFLT meeting on Sunday so hope to be able to give you a ground update after that but things are progressing with expectations of being there shortly.
***Preseason will commence 5.30 pm Tuesday 17th January. ***
We will confirm location in a few days. This is open to all senior and junior players- both existing and all new to club players.
We are also seeking any women keen to play AFL in 2017 for our women’s team. Please contact the committee for any questions about this and feel free to join us at training.
We do have a tentative senior draw with a Senior Preseason Comp to be March 11, season start March 25th. Junior carnival March 18th, junior preseason games March 25th Junior season start April 22nd( school holidays prior this the date). As mention tentative and always subject to change but an idea of a time frame.
We have been lucky enough to secure Bunnings bbq’s this year at Northshore Bunnings store. The committee had completed 2 so far and we will be expanding this to all teams over the year ( a huge thank you and shout out to Vanessa Parker and of course Lisa from Bunnings.)

We are currently stock taking jumpers and equipment. If anyone has an equipment or jumpers that we would not know about please get in touch with us. Shout out to Jason & Jodie Wilson for completing this.
